And there is FAR more tolorence with the accessory belts than the timing... you leave a good amount of wiggle with accessory belts... you don't leave nearly as much with a timing belt... I just don't see the reasoning to leave them off... except for two. To tune an adjustable cam gear. Which you might do what, twice to get it right? Then its left forever? Leave them off to tune it, then put them back. Secondly would be a show car. But you're not going to drive a show car. So its a moot point.
